Phil graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Dual Honours Degree in Ancient History and Archaeology in 1979. He qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and has been a Partner in the practice since 1988.
During the last 30 years he has specialised in most types of Personal Injury Litigation. However he has also handled a wide range of General Civil Litigation including commercial disputes, building disputes, Probate disputes etc. ; and advises employers and employees on Employment matters including Employment Tribunal claims and Settlement Agreements
